Membership Terms & Conditions

1. 12-Month Minimum Commitment

All Shi-Salonly / Soul Hair At Home memberships require a strict 1-year (12-month) contract so that luxury salon service costs are distributed evenly across the year.

By subscribing you authorise 12 consecutive monthly automated payments processed securely via Stripe. Your first invoice includes a one-time system setup fee plus your Month 1 dues; recurring monthly dues resume in Month 2.

2. Early Cancellation Fee

Cancelling prior to completing your 12-month term automatically triggers a flat $250 CAD early termination fee to balance out the premium services already received at member pricing.

3. Touch & Go Chemical Rinsing Liability Release

For all Touch & Go applications, your licensed master stylist provides in-person chemical mixing and precise scalp application.

You acknowledge and assume full responsibility for completing your own clean rinse-out at home once your processing timer expires, in accordance with the verbal and written timing instructions provided at your appointment.

Raw chemical product is never mailed, sold or left with clients for self-application. All colour is mixed and applied in person by your stylist.

4. Missed Visits & Gifting

Monthly service allocations do not roll over. However, you may gift your month's credit to a friend or family member located within our 18 km Calgary service radius.

5. Travel Boundaries

Services are 100% free within an 18 km radius of Seton, Calgary. Locations beyond that boundary are subject to a standard $1/km travel fee, quoted before your appointment is confirmed.

6. Booking Workflow

Memberships use a secure two-step checkout: payment is activated first via Stripe, then a private booking link is issued for you to select your preferred date and time. Active member status bypasses the standard public appointment deposit.

7. Consent & Electronic Signature

Checking the mandatory agreement box on our booking page constitutes a binding electronic signature confirming your acceptance of all terms above prior to entering checkout.
